Shipping and VAT Information
In order to avoid unnecessary charges and delays, always write the correct:
- 1. Delivery address
- 2. Postcode and city
- 3. Postbox information (if relevant)
The total shipping price is displayed in the cart before you go to the payment page.
We do not currently offer the possibility of combining two products in an order into one shipment, but this will be launched shortly..
Shipping options
Our deliveries are sent as letters or as packages depending on their weight, volume and value.
Note that the time for delivery is dependent on the destination and the method of shipment, and that it is to be added to our production time of 1-5 workdays.

VAT considerations
Optimalprint is registered in many European countries with the following VAT registration numbers:
- 1. UK: 929 6199 72
- 2. France: registration in progress
- 3. Norway: 991 753 591 MVA
- 4. Sweden: SE502064954601
UK VAT of 17.5% is therefore charged on all orders being shipped to Private Consumers within the UK.
Swedish VAT of 25% is therefore charged on all orders being shipped to Private Consumers within the EU, outside the UK, France and Norway.
For shipments to companies outside of Sweden and Norway, no VAT is being charged if the company VAT number is entered.
