The only downfall was I was making a christening thank you card from a boy and I felt there were more choices for girls but they couldn't be converted into blue for a boy, however I found a lovely footprint design and the order came through very quickly and before the due date and the end product is fantastic and I am thoroughly pleased, as are those who have received a card!!

I sent a panicky email on the Saturday morning of my event and the company came back to apologise for the delay (eventhough it was not their fault) and offered a full refund if the product did not arrive on time. Fortunately they did arrive that day and were great value for money!

Optimalprint was launched during summer 2007. Over the previous 6 years Henrik worked at Tele2, a telecommunication company challenging traditional players all over the world.
At Tele2, Henrik first worked as CEO-assistant and then as Head of Customer Area Business in Sweden. During the last three he was CEO of Tele2 in Norway, growing the company from $300 million to $600 million.

Fredrik
Chief Operating Officer
Fredrik has proven track record of building, managing and executing start-up ventures, companies and projects in the international telecom, and renewable energy industry. Most recently he has been managing the market entry of E.ON in Norway and has successfully secured one of the largest project portfolios in the country.
Previously, Fredrik held several positions within the Tele2 group, such as Manager of the broadband portfolio, and responsible for launching the second brand of Tele2, Optimal Telecom which, in one year, became the 3rd largest fixed operator in Sweden.
Fredrik has a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Lund Institute of Technology.
Mike Arbuzov
Chief Technology Officer
Between 1999 and 2008 Mike has been part of various programming teams working within fast growing IT companies, e.g. Everyday.com and Skype (owned by E-bay). During his last years at Skype, Mike worked as Web Backend Analyst. This responsibility granted unique insights related to the new technologies employed at Skype.
Mike is an efficient programming expert, providing our customers and us with the best possible, yet highly cost-efficient, technological solutions.
Mike received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia.
Klas Johansson
Klas joined Altor, a Nordic private equity firm, in October 2004. He previously worked for McKinsey & Company focusing on strategy development, mainly for industrial and consumer goods companies.
Klas’ experience in defining business strategies and operational focus adds significant shareholder value to Optimalprint’s operations in various geographical markets and constant expansion into new business opportunities.
Altor is a private equity firm focusing on investments in companies based in the Nordic region.
Norman Fiore
Norman Fiore is an experienced technology investor with significant European, East Coast and Silicon Valley investing experience and relationships.
Prior to Dawn, Norman was a Partner (and subsequent owner via a MBO) of the Reuters Greenhouse Fund, Reuters Plc’s global technology VC fund. At Reuters, Norman co- managed one of the largest corporate technology funds that invested over $450M in over 80 early, mid and late stage companies globally.
In 2001, Norman and his fellow partners acquired the Greenhouse Fund and subsequently sold companies in the online media/advertising sector (Advertising.com (to AOL), Forbes.com, Bitpipe (TechTarget), Moreover (VeriSign)), internet services (WhereOnEarth (Yahoo), UltraDNS (NeuStar), Radialpoint) and software (Packetvideo (NextWave), ID2 (Sonera), Metamerge (IBM), Persistence (Nasdaq IPO, now PRGS).
Prior to Reuters, Norman worked at Bain & Company in London, initially in the Telecoms practice and then the Private Equity group.
Norman is a graduate of Stanford University with dual BS and BA degrees in Engineering and Economics and holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD business school.
