Providing you with the best price is not good enough for us, we also give a quality guarantee. Please contact Customer Service within 14 days from the date you receive your order. We will refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping and processing costs.

Certain matters are beyond our control - we cannot be responsible for:
  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Poor quality or low-resolution of uploaded images, logotypes etc.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.

Always preview your designs very carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. Optimalprint does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing. The benefits of such production are substantial savings that we pass on to you!
