Our experience indicates that a one-man company during a year spend 1.000 – 8.000 Euros on print material. If we can provide you with print material at 50% lower cost it means savings of approximately 500 – 4.000 Euro, besides less work.

Price Guarantee*

At optimalprint we are committed to supply our customers with the absolute lowest price in the market. Our price shall be the lowest for the equivalent products than your current print house. If you know otherwise, please contact us before you order - we will then lower your price.

Quality Guarantee

Providing you with the best price is not good enough for us, we also give a quality guarantee. Please contact Customer Service within 14 days from the date you receive your order. We will refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping and processing costs.

Certain matters are beyond our control - we cannot be responsible for:

• Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
• Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
• Poor quality or low-resolution of uploaded images, logotypes etc.
• Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.

Always preview your designs very carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. Optimalprint does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing. The benefits of such production are substantial savings that we pass on to you!

* Our price guarantee is only valid upon showing a quotation or tender before purchase. The tender must relate to print products of equivalent quality, the total production price such as design, start-up cost and shipment, and finally the same formats and quantities as those offered by optimalprint.com. The tender must also be based on production in a country to which Optimalprint.com offers our services.
