Henrik Müller-Hansen

Chief Executive Officer henrik@optimalprint.com Henrik founded Optimalprint in August 2006. From January 2000 until June 2006 Henrik worked at Tele2, a telecommunication operator and a tough challenger to incumbents all over the world.

At Tele2, Henrik first worked as assistant to the President & CEO of Tele2, then as Head of Customer Area Business in Sweden and the last three years as the CEO of Tele2 in Norway. Tele2 Norway’s turnover was approximately $600 million for the fiscal year 2006.

With a universal need for printed products, the printing industry is one of the largest industries in the world, yet in many aspects highly inefficient and very fragmented. The strong focus on customers, sales and cost control that characterise Tele2’s corporate culture is greatly needed in the printing industry.

Chief Operating Officer pal.naess@optimalprint.com Pål has 10 years of international experience related to managing of Billing and IT systems, working in Germany, USA, France and Norway. Between the years 2002 and 2006 he was Regional Billing Director for Tele2 Nordic, managing billing system and platforms supporting more than 6 million customers.

As a billing manager Pål also worked with IT-infrastructure and system integrations, crucial competence for Optimalprint when we expand our operations internationally.

JP has over 13 years of industry experience. Prior to Deloitte, JP was responsible for the identification, financing and acceleration of emerging wireless product and services at Bell Mobility Investments. He also contributed to the conception of leading edge features in the TDMA/CDMA/GSM digital wireless system at Bell Northern Research.

JP's experience from strategic work within high technology firms as well as working with start-ups seeking venture capital brings high value to the Optimalprint-team.

JP holds a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering, an M.Eng. in Telecommunications and an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy from McGill University, Canada.

Mike Arbuzov

Chief Technology Officer mike@optimalprint.com Between 1999 and 2008 Mike has been part of various programming teams working within fast growing IT companies, e.g. Everyday.com and Skype (owned by E-bay). During his last years at Skype, Mike worked as Web Backend Analyst. This responsibility granted unique insights related to the new technologies employed at Skype.

Mike is an efficient programming expert, providing our customers and us with the best possible, yet highly cost-efficient, technological solutions.

Mike received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia.

Christian Paulsboe

Director Sales & Marketing christian@optimalprint.com Christian has a background from consumer goods industry as a category manager with Arla Foods, one of the world’s largest producers of dairy products with subsidiaries in 27 countries and production facilities in 12 countries. In September 2003 Christian became responsible for the mobile operations for Tele2 in Norway. In 2006 he was promoted to Sales Director, getting full responsibility for all of Tele2’s sales activities on the Norwegian market.

Christian has hands on experiencing from two major consumer industries, which he combines with an uncompromising focus on customer demand.

Christian has bachelor’s degree in Communications Marketing and Business Management from California Lutheran University, USA - and an MBA from Melbourne Business School, Australia.

Masud Akram

I would recommend using your company as the website was accesible and easy to use, especially for uploading your own photos and trying out different designs. The price was reasonable and the pricing policy was clear. I also enjoyed the flexibility for example being able to add in envelopes. We also contacted customer support at Optimalprint with a couple of questions and received an answer right away.
