Amazing service, very quick and efficient. Site is payed out very clearly, the only thing is we need an odd amount in thank you cards but we had to round up as you can o oh order in bulks of 10 so we paid for more than we actually needed.

Really cannot fault this company... The thank you cards they produced for me were of a fantastic quality (and I didn't opt for the more expensive card) and the service has been absolutely spot on. I made a mistake writing one of my cards and rather cheekily asked if another one could be produced and sent to me. (As much as I love the cards, I didn't want to order another pack of 10 for the sake of only needing 1). I wasn't sure if my request would be honoured and was certainly willing to pay the cost of the new card and postage. Much to my surprise, a new card arrived a few days later. No fuss and not even a request for payment! I will definitely use Optimalprint again - thanks guys!

Lovely product. Packaging let the product down slightly as some cards have slight imperfections caused in transit.

The cards were very nice but the envelope they arrived in was water damaged, torn and folded so come of the cards were damaged. I the had to fork out for extra cards to replace the damaged ones. Shame really as quality was nice but this was a bit disappointing.

The picture printing quality is great, the ink on the writing is poor and there appears to be some marking around the edges during production. I was a little underwhelmed when I received the product.

Hi, I am very disappointed because I haven't received the ordered item yet. This item should have been arrive on the 11th-12th May to the address I've provided as it was promised. This postcard was a present to someone which should have been given on the 14th May. Evri (delivery company) sent a message on the 11th May to inform me about they've sent the item back as it was asked from them. Why? I have no idea. Then they delivered the item a couple days later to a different address where from I wasn't able to collect because I am away since 12th May evening. It is a very poor service from Evri. There is only one way communication, no opportunity to reply to their message or to call them to discuss the issue quickly as possible. So this postcard is not actual anymore.
