I used professional quality photos from our photographer (as I'm sure many would for wedding thank yous). The photos were over exposed and pixelated, which was a real shame. The company said they had to compressed the images because they were too big therefore losing quality on the print. Seems a bit ridiculous to me for this specific type of product. I did get a refund but it's a waste of cards and my time really.
