I ordered bereavement cards for my Mum' death. They were disappointing in that the guidelines were on the card but spasmodic - sometimes there sometimes not. I expressed my concern and they offered a totally new job, whatever design i liked, printed and delivered free. It was fantastic and the replacement cards were here overnight; delivered by express post. Thank you for sorting for me.
Ordered some funeral thank you cards, which I was able to edit to make them into announcement cards when my mum recently passed away. It saved me writing a lot of letters to relatives and friends, and the cards looked lovely, with a beautiful photo of mum on the front. I’ve previously ordered Xmas cards from optimal print and they have also been lovely. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
