Quality excellent, delivery excellent, but it was a personalised leaving card, not a 'Party Card' as described, so I only wanted one....minimum order was 10 and I received 15! I couldn't use the surplus so they were a total waste.

We made a mistake in specifying glossy card which adversely affected the colour saturation, but Optimalprint went the extra mile and further, in sorting for us. Can't praise their attitude enough, it's such a welcome change.

I landed up with my card saying Please enter your custom text here, before the writing that I put on. I had tried to delete the words, but it would not let me type if I did that. I was most disappointed.

I ordered Christmas Cards, not Party Invites. For some reason, the top of the photograph on the front of the card had a border. The rest of the photograph did not. The 20 Christmas cards are therefore useless

Great cards. A little confusing when ordering though - they were listed as Thank You cards at the set up stage, and then Invitations in the basket stage. What we wanted - and what we got - was photo cards with no lettering. Maybe they should be listed as ‘Blank cards’ suitable for thank you, invitations, notes etc.?

I ordered and paid for Matt paper on my cards but they appear to have been printed on Silk.

Cards are good but whe you pay via paypal you are forced to agree to a billing agreement for future purchases. Took ages to find how to cancel that in paypal.

Here too, almost a five star review. The finish is good. However, the image on the cards appeared duller than I had anticipated, having reviewed my design on my computer. Was that because I should have gone for the gloss finish?

When the cards are completely blank why are they called party invites ? Cant you have a section for blank cards please ? see my other response Otherwise a good service !

We produced a fantastic Christmas card. It was all easy-peasy. Price was good too. Quality of product excellent. VFM excellent.

Product is basically excellent but first batch arrived with >50% damaged and had to be reprinted, free of charge. Packaging of the product is barely inadequate- cards were rather loose and could be damaged in the post. Previous experience has been better

Decent product The reduction is good and brings the price in line with other providers but the “order again” button defaults to full price which tends to be rather more expensive than others. So it’s necessary to design from scratch again to get a reasonable price. VFM with discount is OK but without discount it’s much nothing like as good Generally I’m happy with the product and the my customers are (so far) pleased too.

Used this small party invite for personalised notelets. Straightforward to upload and add to the template and I like the ability to save drafts until I want to print them.

The cards look amazing, and of good quality, both picture and card itself. Well done!

Product quality has been variable in 2020 and 2021 resulting in reprints which were carried out quickly. Issues have included variable image quality and misaligned creases. The product at full price is expensive.

My cards were the usual high quality and speedy delivery.

My only issue was the cards were packaged in quite a flimsy large card envelope - not the usual sturdy cardboard. This envelope was damaged in one corner but the cards were absolutely fine.

Third time I have used Optimalprint and never disappointed.

Product can be of excellent quality but position of the card fold/ crease is variable between orders (this after 8 products ordered). Image quality has been variable too (good in 2020, less good in 2021 on one image).
