Used optimalprint to make thank you cards for our new baby. Website was very easy to use, was able to edit the product even after completing the order (up to midnight same day). Really pleased with the quality of product, far superior to a similar company I have previously used.

We ordered some cards from Optimalprint to say thank you for gifts for our new baby boy. The cards are stunning, have a high quality finish and were really easy to personalise. Being terribly sleep deprived with our new born I unfortunately made a spelling error on the front of our cards. I contacted customer services and I couldn't have been more impressed! They were prompt, incredibly understanding and very generously rectified my error and sent some more cards out. They are stunning and we are so happy. We will definitely be using Optimalprint again, and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Very quick an easy to use

The cards looked professional when done. Only problem was couldn’t use the site easily on a tablet and had to use a computer to make the the cards with photos I wanted.

I was very happy with the quality of the product. I would most definitely use this company again.

High quality the only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't re-size my picture, I could move it around but couldn't make it smaller to get the full photograph in (maybe it was just me)

To be honest the quality of the photos printed on the card were very very poor, the original pictures were taken on a good quality high pixel camera.

Ordered thank you cards following the birth of my son, but very disappointed with the colour quality of the photos, which made my newborn look like he’d been on a sunbed! Complained and was asked to submit some new photos (I had no problems with these images with another online photo company!) New cards received slightly better but I won’t be using this company again.

After a difficult few months with my newborn, I finally got round to ordering thank you cards for all the gifts we received. The first time I tried to create the cards, the website didn't appear to be working properly and after spending ages choosing and trying to upload photos/edit text, I couldn't complete the order. Fast forward to weeks later when I got round to this again (!) and completed order easily. Cards arrived quite quickly and were lovely quality and looked good. I then noticed in my sleep deprived state I had managed to put my child's date of birth as September 2019 instead of 2018! Appreciate it was my mistake, but most parents will know that your brain is mush after a baby and was tryimg to complete quickly while I had the time. So disappointed and frustrated that I am still not able to send my cards out. In an ideal world, trying to put a date that has not yet occured would be flagged and prompt you to review your order.
