Do you have your own ready-to-print file? [+]
If you have your own
ready-to-print design, you will simply need to make sure that it satisfies the dimensions required for printing.
There are
NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES for uploading your ready-to-print file on Optimalprint. You will simply pay for the paper and printing (in addition to the shipping &s; handling and applicable taxes).
Instructions on how to create your ready-to-print file (format, PDF version, bleed etc) and upload them on the Optimalprint site can be found on the
Upload Your Own Design page.

With Optimalprint, you can get full control over your printing orders by customizing directly your designs and reducing the number of parties involved therefore reducing any typing/design errors.
Send us your Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe PDF or Publisher files, with any relevant instructions such as your marketing guide, the fonts or color used in your design, and we will create an identical design that will give you access to ordering with a click of a button.

NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES for uploading an image or logo into the design, and
NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES for customizing the designs with your own text.

From the vertical menu list on the left, select the product category you are interested in by clicking on the product. |

You are then presented with a page where you can review our formats and our very competitive prices. |

Click on "Browse our …" orange button to start browsing our free design templates. |

When you hover the designs, you will be presented with a preview of all the sides of the designs. Designs with the "Design with picture/logo" icon are designs where you can upload an image or logo into them. |

If you like many particular designs and you like to save them as "Favorites", simply click on the "Add this design to My Products" icon. You have to login first to see the "Add this design to My Products" icon. If you are new to the Optimalprint site, you can register by clicking here. |

Select the design that you like the most by clicking on it. |
Do you want to customize a design with your own image or logo? [+]
Images or logo can be uploaded to the
Image Gallery prior or during the customization of the design template.
Once you have selected and clicked on a design template that has the "Design with picture/logo", you are redirected to the design editor where you can insert or remove an image or logo. If you do not want to include any picture/logo on the design, simply click on the "Remove picture / logo" button in the design editor.
If you want to include a ready-to-insert picture / logo:

Click on the "Insert picture / logo" button. |
| 2. |
Select one of the previously uploaded pictures / logo by clicking on it or click on the "Browse" button to upload a new picture / logo from your computer. |

Once the picture / logo is uploaded in the Image Gallery, you will then need to click on it in order to insert it in the design template. |
| 4. |
The design template is automatically updated with this new picture / logo. |
Do you want to modify the picture / logo first before you insert in the design template? [+]
If your image or logo needs to be altered (such as crop, darken, lighten, and rotate), you will need to upload your image or logo into the Image gallery prior to choosing your design template:

Go to the Image Gallery. |
| 2. |
"Browse" for your image or logo and upload it into the Image Gallery. |
| 3. |
Click on the picture or logo to edit it. |
| 4. |
In the Image Editor, you can choose to crop, darken, lighten or rotate the picture or logo. |
| 5. |
Once you are satisfied with the editing, click on "Save" to go back to the Image Gallery. Your picture/logo is ready to be inserted in your design template. |
| 6. |
Select a design template and follow the instructions above for the "ready-to-insert picture / logo". |
Do you want to customize a design with your own text? [+]
Once you have selected and clicked on a design template, you are redirected to the design editor where you can insert or remove any text field:

Write your text in the text field to the left of the product. |
| 2. |
All text boxes can be left empty, just delete our default text. |
| 3. |
Click on "Tab" to go to the next text field. |
| 4. |
Once you are done editing the text, click on the "Update" button to validate the new edits in the design preview. |
| 5. |
To Go to the next page click on "Continue". |
| 6. |
Once you are done with editing, you will get to the Confirmation Page. |
| 7. |
Read the statement to the right of the design preview. |
| 8. |
Download the confirmation file for your review. |
| 9. |
Check the label if you are satisfied with the built design and then click on "Proceed to Cart". |
| 10. |
If you want to want to edit the design, press on "Back" and go to step 1. |
Are you ready to checkout? [+]
Once you have satisfied with your customized design(s), you have a couple of steps left:

Enter a new shipping address or select one of the previously entered shipping addresses, then click on "Continue". |
| 2. |
Select the quantity you would like to order for each of your customized products that are in the Cart. |
| 3. |
If you would like to add white envelopes to your product, check the label next to the White Envelopes in the Cart. |
| 4. |
Verify one more time the shipping address then press on the "Proceed to Checkout" button. |
| 5. |
Enter your payment details and click on "Perform Payment". We accept major credit cards. |
| 6. |
Once the validation is done, you will receive a payment successful acknowledgement and an order confirmation by email. |
Now that the order is completed, relax! We will take care of the rest.
