Our delivery time depends on where you live, the size of the package, the weight and the shipment method that you have chosen. For more information please refer to the Shipping and VAT page. As a consequence of our business model and automation, we are unable to make any adjustments to the product after the order has been submitted.
This is why we ask our customer to carefully check their products before completing the order. Note that Optimalprint is a fully automated and self-service online printer. Providing you with lowest price possible, we have a fully automated production process.
Once the payment for your order has been gone through the products are sent directly into the printing process - at which point we are unable to cancel the order. We always strive to deliver before and within the normal delivery times.

However, we usually have campaigns running where you can order free products (you only pay for the shipping). This could be a good way to get a first hand impression of our paper and print quality!
