Most Customers Want to Know Where Is My Order? The status of your order will be displayed under My Purchases. Here you will also be able to see the expected delivery time for the order. How do I redeem a voucher/discount code? Voucher codes are activated in the shopping cart. While in the cart, please click on the “Redeem it here” link to submit your voucher code. Samples We do not send out samples of our products as they are all made to order.
However, we usually have campaigns running where you can order free products (you only pay for the shipping). This could be a good way to get a first hand impression of our paper and print quality!
Delivery time and shipping options Our delivery time depends on where you live, the size of the package, the weight and the shipment method that you have chosen. For more information please refer to the Shipping and VAT page. How can I pay? We support all major European payment methods, such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, and PayPal. Shipment cost The shipment cost depends on the weight, the volume and the delivery address. All shipment costs are presented under Prices. To view the correct prices, please make sure that you select the correct product format from the drop down list. How can I get a receipt for my order? A receipt is automatically created and stored under My Purchases. Select the order you want a receipt for and press on the + sign in left column. Under the product click on "Download Receipt (PDF)" How can I verify the final product before I order? You can click on the magnifying glass next to your product during all stages in the order process. Also upon hovering over the product you can zoom in on the product. Our business customers can also review the PDF confirmation file that is made available for download on the confirmation page in the order process. Do you check the quality of my files before printing? We use an Online Proof System that analyse resolution and overall quality. Before you order the printed material we offer you the alternative of viewing a PDF (non-printable!) in order for you to check the final appearance. Note that colours, light, sharpness might vary from electronic format presented on your screen and the final printed material. What languages can I use in the text on the designs? Our design templates support most European languages, but not non-Latin characters.
In order to have non-Latin characters printed, you have to upload your own ready-to-print PDF file. Make sure that you save the text as outlines before uploading.

Will the order be delivered at home or do I need to pick it from the post office? It depends on the size of the package. As a general rule if your parcel is difficult to place in your postbox then it will be sent to the local post office. Other Status of my order The status of your order will be displayed under My Purchases. Here you will also be able to see the expected delivery time for the order. Change my order As a consequence of our business model and automation, we are unable to make any adjustments to the product after the order has been submitted.
This is why we ask our customer to carefully check their products before completing the order.
Cancel my order Note that Optimalprint is a fully automated and self-service online printer. Providing you with lowest price possible, we have a fully automated production process.
Once the payment for your order has been gone through the products are sent directly into the printing process - at which point we are unable to cancel the order.
Not received my order Please check you order status under My Orders.
If the delivery of your order has exceeded the normal delivery time with more than 3 business days please send us an email.
There is a problem with the order I have received Please click here to go to your order history where you can verify whether there is an inconsistency vs the products that you have received.
If this is the case, please send us an email with a detailed description of the problem - and we will pursue the matter as soon as possible.

Upload of image or design Upload images for use in our designs To upload a photo or logo, go to My Gallery and click on "Upload photos". We accept most file formats. Make sure to upload photos or logos with high resolution, preferably with 250 dpi or more. Upload your own design file for print Go to our Upload your own file page and read our guides.   • A 4 mm bleed must be added to all designs (Bleed = the area that is removed in the cutting process).
  • Cut marks and colour codes must be REMOVED (info. for graphic designers).
  • All the elements included in your design must have a resolution of at least 250 DPI in order for the printed result to turn out satisfactory
  • Before uploading a file - please convert colours to CMYK (Working CMYK -U.S Web coated (SWOP)v2) and convert all text elements to vector shapes (info. for graphic designers).

However, as we print all products in full colour, our customers are free to set a background colour of choice for their products (we print in CMYK colours).
When to use our standard paper - no coating? When applying coating to our products the paper surface yields a smooth, shiny finish, with vivid colors and excellent reproduction. This option is typically chosen for superb color-contrast qualities. Coating is best used on designs that contain rich colors, illustrations or photographs. How well will the colours match what I see on my computer or printer at home? In order to see the colours on your screen as close as possible to printed version please calibrate your computer monitor. http://www.displaycalibration.com/. After calibrating your computer monitor, selecting your design and inserting the text, update design and thereafter click View Confirmation File
Security How do you secure my payment? We only work with the biggest and most secure online payment providers in Europe. If you want to talk with us about your payment either send us a mail or call us. How do you store personal data?
